from my favorite cooking blog of all time, 101 cookbooks (expect to see more from it in the future…): PEANUT. BUTTER. COOKIES. recipe they’re vegan, easy to make, and effing delicious. i’ve made them using almond butter instead of peanut butter, even subbing tahini for nut butter and honey for maple syrup—they’re impossible to get wrong.
